Description
The State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Oregon Youth Authority, is soliciting bids for construction services for the TYCF PHD Dorm and Medical Dental Addition Project. This project is located at the Tillamook Youth Correctional Facility (TYCF) at 6700 Officer Row, Tillamook, Oregon 97141. This is a public improvement project subject to specific state regulations. All solicitation documents, including contract terms and specifications, can be accessed and downloaded through the OregonBuys e-Procurement system at www.OregonBuys.gov. Assistance with OregonBuys is available via phone at 1-855-800-5046 or email at supplier-support@periscopeholdings.com. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. The conference will take place in the launch pad area on the 1st floor of the Tillamook Youth Correctional Facility. Bidders must check in at reception and will be escorted to the meeting. Attendance is required, and bidders must arrive on time. Security measures will be in place, and visitors should be aware of facility restrictions regarding prohibited items. Photos may be taken for bidding purposes only, and no photos of youth are permitted. Bidders must not engage with youth and must remain with the group during any site tour.
