Description
This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide comprehensive operations, maintenance, repairs, testing, training, monitoring, and reporting services for the Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility at U.S. Coast Guard Station Milford Haven in Hudgins, Virginia. The contractor must be licensed as a Class IV or higher Virginia Certified Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator and submit proof of certification. Services include daily operational testing, sludge disposal, annual inspections, emergency response within four hours, and providing monthly reports to the Virginia Department of Health and the U.S. Coast Guard. The contractor will also be responsible for procuring and submitting mandatory test samples for laboratory analysis and providing all consumables for the wastewater treatment plant, including UV lights, ballasts, and fuses. The contract period includes a base year and two option years.
