Description
California State University, Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to furnish materials, supplies, labor, printing, mailing, storage, and related services for diplomas, certificates, and diploma covers. The contractor will process individual and bulk orders received in a mutually agreed format and deliver the requested items. The solicitation also requires representative product samples by the proposal deadline. The contract supports ongoing production and fulfillment of academic credentials, including personalization, quality control, mailing, and related services. Proposals must address production capabilities, qualifications, service methodology, customer service, business continuity, references, sustainability, and Small Business/DVBE participation. The contract term is five years with three one-year renewal options; certified electronic diploma services are optional future capabilities rather than part of the initial scope.
