Description
Texas Southern University is seeking a contractor to provide as-needed overflow printing services for its Reprographics Department. The scope includes booklets, postcards, trifold brochures, pocket folders, small posters, and large posters, with pricing requested for specified quantities and one, two, and three delivery locations. Services include accepting print-ready artwork, providing hard or PDF proofs, printing, delivering completed jobs to specified university locations, and supplying 10 extra samples of each completed job. Individual jobs are generally expected to be completed and delivered within five to seven business days after receipt of files. The contract will operate on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum quantity or compensation. Respondents must demonstrate at least five years in business, appropriate equipment and expertise, a professionally staffed help desk, and successful printing-service experience for an organization comparable in size to the university. Proposals are evaluated on firm experience, personnel qualifications, firm capability, and pricing. A HUB subcontracting plan is required, with a stated 22% HUB participation goal.
