Description
The Central Coast Cooperative Purchasing Collective, led by the Santa Maria-Bonita School District, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to procure and deliver fresh produce, including pre-packaged fruits and vegetables, to participating school districts. Addendum No. 1 identifies participating districts, delivery-site counts, delivery frequencies, preferred delivery days and time windows, and meal-volume information. The scope includes deliveries ranging from once weekly to five times weekly depending on the district, with delivery sites across the central coast of California. The contract period is November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal periods. Vendors must submit product samples by September 3, 2026, labeled with the RFP number and the word “SAMPLE.” Electronic proposals are due September 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
