Description
United Independent School District is soliciting qualifications and pricing from qualified individuals or firms to provide recurring, as-needed psychological services for district employees. Required services include face-to-face counseling; comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations; individualized treatment plans; evidence-based counseling and therapy; consultation with Human Resources; and return-to-work evaluations with supporting recommendations and documentation. Services must be provided by licensed mental health professionals and support employees who speak English and Spanish. Providers must have at least five years of experience counseling adults, experience conducting psychological or diagnostic evaluations, a master's degree in counseling from a state-approved institution, and licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Psychologist. Proposals must address staff qualifications, program implementation, detailed pricing, and the stated evaluation criteria, including bilingual capability, cultural competence, methodology, references and past performance, and evaluation turnaround time.
