Description
Webb County is soliciting sealed competitive bids for approximately 4,485 linear feet of new concrete sidewalks along Pena Drive, Orquidia Lane, and Limon Street in Rio Bravo, Texas. The project includes ADA-compliant pedestrian improvements connecting Salvador Garcia Middle School, the Rio Bravo Community Center, and surrounding neighborhoods, along with concrete removal, driveways, ADA ramps, mailbox foundations and relocations, utility access adjustments, sign relocations, excavation and grading, backfill, stormwater pollution prevention, mobilization, striping, barricades, signs, and traffic handling. The federally assisted project is subject to FHWA, TxDOT, Davis-Bacon, Build America, Buy America, civil-rights, environmental, traffic-control, and subcontractor-flow-down requirements. Bidders must submit bid security equal to at least 5% of the total bid amount, provide at least five recent similar-project references completed within the last 10 years, and complete the solicitation's certification forms and bid price sheet. Responses must be uploaded through Webb County's e-Bid portal.
