Description
United Independent School District is seeking a vendor to provide full-service photography for four 2026–2027 graduation ceremonies at Sames Auto Arena. The scope includes all necessary equipment, staffing, and on-site coordination to photograph each graduate while accepting a diploma on stage. The ceremonies are scheduled for May 26–27, 2027, with approximately 3,000 graduates across four high schools. UISD will purchase one photograph per graduate. The awarded vendor must provide either a 5-by-7-inch hard copy mailed to each graduate's physical address or a digital download sent to email addresses supplied by the district, at UISD's discretion. Students and parents may purchase additional photographs directly from the vendor. The proposal must include at least three current similar-service references, one digital photo sample, and one physical 5-by-7-inch sample received by the closing deadline. The solicitation is all-or-none. Service-provider insurance requirements apply, including commercial general liability and applicable workers' compensation coverage.
