Description
King County Library System is soliciting lump-sum bids for replacement of the HVAC system equipment and accessories at North Bend Library, including project cleanup. Segregated bids will not be accepted. Bidders must attend the pre-bid conference to be considered responsive. A bid bond or certified, cashier’s, or money order check in an amount of at least 5% of the base bid plus additive alternates is required. The bid must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement website before the stated deadline.
