Description
The City of Redmond is conducting a Request for Information to identify qualified vendors capable of implementing a citywide solution for managing fiber and conduit infrastructure. The solution would support reliable connectivity, centralized system visibility, asset and network management, scalability, cybersecurity, and long-term operational support as the City's transportation network and intelligent transportation systems capabilities expand. The RFI requests information about the vendor's company background, experience, references and clients, proposed products, functional features, technology and integration platforms, reporting, security, hardware and software requirements, operations, upgrades, customer support, implementation phases, work planning, staffing, training, documentation, data migration, and budgetary estimates. This is an information-gathering process and does not itself award a contract.
