City of Bellevue Request for Proposal Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellevue has issued the following Request for Proposal. The complete Request for Proposal, including all submittal requirements can be viewed at www.bellevuewa.gov under “Find | Bids, RFPs and RFQs | Solicitation Board”. RFP #: 26039 RFP Title: Solid Waste Services RFP Due Date and Time: October 12th, 2026, at 2:00 pm Brief Scope of Services: The City of Bellevue is requesting competitive Proposals for the solid waste collection services described in the draft 2028 Contract. These services include, but are not limited to: • Single-family, Multi-family Complex, and Commercial Garbage, Recyclables, and Organics collection • Litter collection • Emergency services • Delivery of all Garbage through the King County Disposal System • Processing and marketing of collected Recyclables and Organics • Customer service and billing • Program administration funding The descriptions of services and responsibilities included in this RFP are not meant to be exhaustive, and Proposers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and scope of services and responsibilities set forth in the draft 2028 Contract (Exhibit A).
