Description
The City of Redmond is seeking a cloud-based enterprise content management system and implementation services to unify citywide records management, streamline public records request processing, improve document search and cataloging, and support records retention policies with less manual intervention. The requested solution must support the requirements described in Exhibit A and provide pricing for 50 administrator licenses and 550 read/write/update user licenses; no read-only licenses are requested. The city expects the system to go live in the fourth quarter of 2027. The solicitation requests general pricing tiers and does not publish a budget. Vendors must submit the required proposal materials, including the technology, implementation, support, contract-performance, exceptions, pricing, key-requirements, and customer-reference responses. The city states that it does not currently have an enterprise content management system, so no incumbent contract is identified.
