The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for 80 each Mil-Spec Presidential Unit Citation award pennants, NSN 8345-00-233-5555. The pennants must be lightweight nylon bunting, Type I, Class 1, with the specified dimensions, and manufactured in accordance with MIL-DTL-2692 and drawing 16696-136A. The acquisition includes domestic-origin requirements under the Berry Amendment, supply-chain traceability, export-controlled technical-data restrictions, and certification by a vendor listed by The Institute of Heraldry. Two first-article samples are required within 30 calendar days after award, with government testing and approval before production. The production quantity is due 70 days after award, with inspection and acceptance at destination and packaging, preservation, marking, and shipping requirements specified by the solicitation. The quotation must include pricing for the 80-unit production quantity and comply with the required representations and certifications.
