Description
Detroit Public Schools Community District's Office of Athletics seeks a supplier to provide athletic uniforms and related apparel for K-8 programs, potentially including basketball, volleyball, track and field, flag football, soccer, baseball, softball, cheerleading, and other approved sports. The supplier must provide durable, breathable, moisture-wicking garments in youth and adult sizes, professionally apply customization such as school and team names, logos, player names, and numbers, and submit electronic proofs for approval before production. Pricing must be all-inclusive and submitted using the provided Excel pricing workbook, with separate garment and package pricing, customization, shipping, other costs, assumptions, and volume discounts. The requirement includes recurring orders throughout the academic year for approximately 70 schools, with potential expansion to 80 schools; quantities, styles, sizes, and customization will be established by approved order and are not guaranteed. Completed orders must be delivered within eight business days after purchase-order issuance once specifications are finalized and approved. Proposals must include physical samples, required representations and certifications, qualifications and past-performance information, a subcontracting plan, a completed contract package, and the separate pricing workbook. The District may make a single or multiple awards.
