Description
The City of Phoenix Public Works Department is soliciting a contractor to provide full-service preventive maintenance, cleaning, repair, and replacement of associated parts for evaporative coolers at various City locations. The scope includes spring startup, mid-season maintenance, fall shutdown, routine and emergency service calls, inspections, seasonal checklists, work-order documentation, sourcing and installation of new OEM or equivalent parts, and warranty support. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and at least six journeymen, with specified response times for regular, same-day, and emergency calls. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience, maintain an Arizona Registrar of Contractors license, and submit technician certifications from an approved training program. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the City's procurement portal and includes multiple required vendor questionnaire forms, pricing and licensing documents, references, signed certifications, a technician certification, and a price schedule. Insurance certificates are required upon recommended award rather than with the bid.
