Description
Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is soliciting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Category Two switch equipment, including Aruba or equivalent switches and related power supplies. The specified equipment includes 2 CX6100 12-port switches, 24 CX6100 24-port switches, 8 CX6100 48-port switches, 7 CX6300L 24-port switches, 15 CX6300L 48-port switches, and 44 X372 power supplies. Proposals must include hardware, shipping, taxes, detailed billing, E-Rate eligibility classifications, manufacturer warranties, and evidence that the vendor is a certified reseller. Drop shipment is required; installation is not requested. Responders must provide service-provider information, a service-level agreement, implementation and pricing information, three reference sites with at least three years of service, a valid SPIN, FCC Registration Number, and evidence of FCC Green Light status. The proposal package must include the required proposal forms, cost proposal, letter of agreement, applicable addenda, fingerprint certification, non-conflict statement, insurance acknowledgment, and non-collusion affidavit. The projected project start date is April 1, 2027, and the contract is intended to be for one year with annual renewals for up to three consecutive fiscal years, subject to E-Rate funding and district approval.
