Description
Dickinson Independent School District is soliciting proposals for the purchase of miscellaneous hardware, merchandise, supplies, equipment, or related services. The solicitation permits catalog pricing and requires itemized pricing, including delivery and other associated costs; bidders may attach catalogs and must identify any deviations or alternate specifications. Quantities are estimates and may vary, with the District reserving the right to purchase more or fewer items at the proposed unit prices. Deliveries, when applicable, must be freight prepaid, inside delivery, and made to the appropriate District site between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The initial agreement period is one year beginning November 2, 2026, with automatic renewal for four additional years unless terminated in writing. Proposals will be evaluated using price, vendor and product reputation, quality, ability to meet District needs, past relationship with the District, legal-compliance considerations, long-term cost, Texas business or employment factors, product compatibility, and other relevant factors; award will not necessarily be based on low price alone.
