Description
This Sources Sought/RFI seeks information from qualified contractors capable of supplying blood and blood-related products, associated transfusion testing, reference laboratory services, and delivery for VA medical facilities across Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. Required capabilities include whole blood and blood components; allogeneic and autologous products; immunohematology reference laboratory, histocompatibility, and molecular testing; donor and product traceability; and compliance with applicable FDA and American Association of Blood Banks requirements. The anticipated future requirement is a five-year, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract supporting routine, ASAP, and STAT deliveries, including 24-hour, seven-day service. Respondents are asked to provide company information, FDA registration and CLIA certification status, personnel certification information, a capability statement, relevant experience, applicable state licenses, and optional suggestions regarding the Statement of Work. This notice is for market research only and will not result in a contract award.
