Description
The National Institutes of Health, through the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, seeks a firm-fixed-price purchase order for high-throughput proteomic screening and preliminary biostatistical analysis of approximately 258 anonymized human plasma and bone marrow plasma samples. The work is restricted to the Olink Explore HT platform and is open to Olink Proteomics Inc. and currently Olink-certified service-provider laboratories capable of delivering the specified platform data. The contractor must process the samples using Olink proximity extension assay chemistry with next-generation sequencing readout, quantify approximately 5,000 unique human protein biomarkers per sample, provide standard assay- and sample-level quality-control metrics, perform correlation and difference analyses, and conduct first-pass filtering for clinically, biologically, or statistically significant findings. Deliverables include normalized protein expression data, a Certificate of Analysis, biostatistical analyses, secure storage and documented chain of custody for samples and anonymized clinical data, return of unused aliquots, and written certification of data destruction. Offerors must provide current Olink Explore HT certification, pricing for the estimated 258-sample scope, a technical approach, proposed batch structure, delivery schedule, and two to three comparable Olink project references completed within the past three years.
