Description
The City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines is seeking container rental, collection, transportation, and recovery or disposal services for approximately 700 metric tonnes of bulk dry materials, including wood, each year—about 150 collections annually—from its ecocentre. The contractor or its subcontractors must sort the materials and prioritize reuse, recycling, recovery, and then disposal, subject to available outlets at comparable cost and applicable regulations. The contract runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. Bids must include security of at least 10% of the 2027 bid value, including taxes, and remain valid for 90 days. The bid security may be provided as a certified cheque, money order, bank draft, or insurance-company bid bond; accepted sureties must be licensed insurers in Canada and recognized by Quebec’s Autorité des marchés financiers.
