Description
The State of Michigan seeks 245,000 16-page, 8.5-by-11-inch saddle-stitched booklets: 200,000 English, 30,000 Spanish, and 15,000 Arabic copies. Specifications call for four-color printing on 50-pound offset stock for both the four-page cover and 12-page text, no bleed, and shrink-wrapping in bundles of 150. The vendor must provide a detailed estimate with its bid and obtain approval of both digital and hard-copy proofs before production begins. The vendor must direct-ship the booklets to approximately 105 locations, with a distribution list to be provided, using the buyer's FedEx account; any remaining copies must be shipped to the designated state facility. Completion is required by December 15, 2026, and the bid request states that work must be completed within 15–20 business days after proof approval. Only prequalified vendors will be considered, and bids will be evaluated on best price and value.
