Description
The selected architect-engineer firm will provide construction administration services for a nature center renovation. Work includes attending a kickoff teleconference and construction meetings; reviewing and responding to requests for information and submittals; conducting periodic on-site inspections and preparing reports; monitoring quality-control testing and documenting deficiencies; and providing commissioning services, including planning, testing, documentation, and final acceptance support. The firm will also prepare updated as-built drawings in both DWG and PDF formats. The solicitation calls for key personnel, including cost estimating, geotechnical, project management, and structural engineering disciplines, with relevant professional qualifications and experience. The period of performance is 300 days, and the work requires on-site inspections at the project location.
