Description
The City of Wichita seeks qualified consultants, organizations, or firms to conduct a comprehensive feasibility and strategic development study for a Family Justice Center serving victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and their families. The work includes assessing community readiness; interviewing stakeholders and conducting focus groups with community partners, law enforcement, legal service providers, and survivor advocacy groups; analyzing existing service-delivery systems and gaps; and facilitating a study tour and comparative analysis of similar Family Justice Centers. The selected consultant must develop best-practice, service-integration, funding, governance, and community-collaboration recommendations; facilitate a strategic planning session; provide an implementation roadmap; and deliver a comprehensive written report and presentation of findings. Services are to be delivered within one year of award. Proposals must address the scope, methodology, schedule, qualifications, staffing, references, litigation disclosures, pricing, and applicable small-business participation documentation.
