Description
The City seeks proposals for installment financing of up to $60,000 to acquire and upfit a new 2027 Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicle for police patrol service. The financing is intended to have a 59-month term, substantially level payments, a fixed interest rate, and monthly payments in arrears. Proposals should state repayment and optional prepayment terms, identify all financing-related fees and whether they are capped, explain how proceeds will be held and invested pending expenditure, and include sample debt service schedules. The City expects to close the transaction by January 31, 2027. The vehicle project includes police patrol upfit equipment, communications equipment, emergency lighting, installation, and related acquisition costs.
