Description
Gulf Coast State College seeks proposals from financial institutions for a tax-exempt, unsecured, non-revolving line of credit of up to $5 million. The facility will provide interim financing for an ongoing construction project while the college awaits grant reimbursement. The lender will hold the directly placed loan; the college will not provide a debt service reserve or prepare offering documents.
