Description
The Town of Ranlo seeks a contractor to resurface Rhyne Place and Rhyne Street. Work includes milling existing pavement to a depth of four inches, installing four inches of NCDOT-approved asphalt binder course, adjusting manholes and water valve boxes to the finished pavement elevation, removing and disposing of debris, and providing traffic control. Materials and workmanship must meet applicable NCDOT standards and specifications. Bids must include the total project cost, itemized pricing for milling and binder course, pricing for manhole and valve-box adjustments if required, an estimated start date and completion timeline, and the contractor's contact information and qualifications. Sealed bids are not required; bids may be emailed, mailed, or dropped off at Town Hall. Contractors are encouraged to inspect both project locations before submitting.
