Description
Snow College seeks a qualified financial institution to provide full-time, non-discretionary investment advisory services for approximately $34 million in Snow College Endowment and Foundation funds, with the option to provide investment management and custodial services or custodial services alone. The selected firm will advise the College and Foundation Board on investment strategy, portfolio allocation, performance, and compliance with applicable federal and Utah requirements and institutional policies. The scope includes periodic consultation, at least twice-yearly meetings, monthly portfolio activity and performance reporting, annual fiscal-year performance reports, investment recommendations and analysis, efficient-frontier analysis, research and investment decision-making processes, and sample reports. Proposals must address company qualifications, relevant nonprofit and higher-education experience, references, staff credentials, insurance coverage, reporting capabilities, recommended asset allocation, and fees. The contract is intended to run for five years and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.
