Description
The Marion County Hospital District seeks a qualified financial institution to provide secure depository, treasury management, and cash management services for three accounts: its primary checking account, a public-fund savings account supporting domestic violence services, and a public-fund savings account for opioid abatement funds. The selected institution must meet public-depository and federal tax-depository qualifications, provide evidence of deposit collateralization, have at least three years of relevant governmental banking experience, maintain a physical branch in Marion County, and offer specified electronic banking and fraud-control capabilities. Proposals must include a written questionnaire, three local business references, applicable fraud-control policies, evidence of Qualified Public Depositor status, and a proposed fee arrangement and comprehensive fee schedule. The District seeks an indefinite-term relationship, terminable by either party on 30 days' written notice, subject to applicable rebid requirements.
