Description
The City of Gastonia is soliciting sealed bids from North Carolina-licensed contractors for the 2026/2027 Annual Resurfacing project. Bidders must submit a bid deposit or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the proposal amount, and the successful contractor must provide performance security for the full contract amount. Bidders must also provide a letter from their insurance representative confirming that the required insurance policies can be issued if awarded.
