Description
The City of Oxnard is seeking a qualified consultant to provide professional architectural, engineering, and environmental services for a new administration building at its Water Resource Recovery Facility. The scope includes preliminary studies, programming, environmental assessment, architectural and engineering design, permitting, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and other documentation needed to solicit construction bids. The consultant will also provide bidding and construction-phase support, including reviewing contractor bids, responding to requests for information, reviewing submittals, and attending construction progress meetings as needed. Services must comply with applicable City, County, State, and Federal requirements. The solicitation package includes a sample professional services agreement and consultant insurance requirements, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, professional liability/errors and omissions, workers’ compensation, and employers’ liability coverage.
