Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote from an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise for rehabilitation of the existing wastewater collection system at the Northern Cheyenne Youth Detention Center. The revised statement of work replaces the previously incorrect scope and requires removal of deteriorated metal piping and installation of approximately 150 linear feet of six-inch and 300 linear feet of four-inch Schedule 40 PVC piping, including adapters, couplings, unions, T-junctions, and connections to existing vertical piping. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, planning, safety compliance, debris removal, testing, reporting, and coordination required for completion. The project includes a three-year materials warranty and one-year installation warranty, compliance with applicable plumbing, fire, OSHA, environmental, and Davis-Bacon requirements, certified payroll, personnel identification, and weekly progress updates. Work must be completed within 90 days after issuance of the notice to proceed and may generally occur Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. A payment bond, performance bond, and certificate of liability insurance are required before the notice to proceed. Quotes are due by September 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
