Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for three solar-powered mobile security surveillance trailers for the Sheridan VA Medical Center. Each trailer must provide a rapidly deployable surveillance solution with two 180-degree panoramic cameras and one 360-degree high-definition camera mounted on a retractable mast, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity, local video storage, live video streaming, and visual and audio deterrence capabilities. The requirements also include command-center alert management, integration with existing security solutions and video management systems, enterprise cybersecurity and compliance functionality, data service, and backup power generation. The requirement includes procurement, delivery, trailer setup, two hours of operational training for designated VA personnel, and authorized or certified personnel for associated work. Products must be new OEM goods or supplied through an authorized dealer; remanufactured and gray-market items are prohibited. The contract is anticipated to be firm-fixed-price, awarded on an all-or-nothing basis, with a twelve-month performance period. Quotes must include technical product information, completed pricing, and the FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.
