Description
The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, is soliciting bids for replacement of approximately 455 squares of single-ply membrane roofing at the Wyoming Boys School. The project covers four dormitory buildings and part of the maintenance building and includes removal of existing roofing, deck repairs as needed, furnishing and installing roofing materials, flashing, and trims, and removing and replacing areas of wet insulation. Bids must be signed and submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system by September 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Bidding questions must be submitted through the system by September 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The solicitation requires a bid bond, use of State of Wyoming forms, and acceptance of issued addenda. Plans and specifications require a Public Purchase account to download.
