The Wyoming State Construction Department is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed electrical/mechanical engineers certified in building commissioning to provide commissioning services for the Veterans' Home of Wyoming Remodel in Buffalo, Wyoming. The project involves commissioning of new mechanical and electrical equipment, special systems, and building automation systems for the addition and renovation of multiple buildings, including approximately 53,000 square feet of renovation and 43,000 square feet of new construction. Construction will occur in two phases over a 48-month period, with residents remaining on campus and all services continuing to operate throughout the project. Submissions must be made through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the specified deadline.
