Description
The National Park Service requires interior and exterior pest control services for 21 buildings at Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area in Fort Smith, Montana, and Lovell, Wyoming. The scope covers spiders, box elder bugs, and general insects using integrated pest-management practices, with two treatment cycles per contract year—one in spring and one in fall. Services include inspection, treatment as appropriate to each facility, treatment records, and coordination with the government representative. Fifteen housing units require at least 14 days' advance notice to residents. The updated scope expressly removes rodent-control work; contractors may report evidence of rodents, but no rodent treatment may be performed unless separately authorized. This is a firm-fixed-price, total small-business set-aside with a 12-month base period and up to four option years. Quotes must include the completed solicitation first page, signed SF 18 acknowledgment, applicable amendment acknowledgment, technical approach and capabilities, three similar recent projects with points of contact, completed price schedule, and completed Contractor Core Data in PDF format.
