Description

Austin Independent School District has an ongoing, district-wide need for youth and family enrichment programming services and is seeking to expand its list of awarded firms, vendors, and contractors. Services may include academic assistance, enrichment activities, family engagement, adult literacy, English-language support, technology, job training, health and wellness, parenting, college and career readiness, and related youth development programming before, during, and after school, on weekends, during school holidays, and in the summer. Awarded vendors must provide instructors, curriculum, unit and lesson plans, materials, and supplies for proposed activities, and must address alignment with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, service to English-language learners, staff development, program evaluation, and evidence-based practices. Tutoring, curriculum products, instructional materials, software, and general supplies are excluded unless incidental to services. This is a continuous, multiple-award solicitation. Proposals are evaluated periodically through May 30, 2029, and awards are made as necessary. The anticipated award term runs from the date of award through June 30, 2029, with no guaranteed minimum purchases. Respondents must complete and submit the Proposal Response Form and required forms, provide at least three current references, and submit pricing information. Awarded providers may be required to complete criminal-history checks for personnel who have direct student contact and maintain specified insurance coverage, including general liability, sexual molestation and child abuse coverage, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and automobile liability when transporting students.
