Description
The City of Austin is soliciting ready-mix concrete design mixtures and related incidentals for pickup or delivery. The requested products include multiple concrete classes and strength levels, controlled low-strength material, concrete admixtures, fibers, grout, special aggregates, red dye pigment, and related mix options. Estimated quantities are provided for pickup, regular-hours delivery, non-regular-hours delivery, and other materials, but actual purchases will be as needed and are not guaranteed. Offerors must use the City's pricing submittals and provide the required offer, pricing, scope-of-work response, key personnel, references, wage-theft certification, and subcontracting documentation. The solicitation requires at least three verifiable references for similar products or services within the past five years and at least three years of continuous corporate experience. Products must meet applicable City specifications and testing requirements, with certified test results available when requested. The initial contract term is 24 months, with up to three optional 12-month extensions.
