Description
The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, OEM parts, and facilities to repair one 2019 Pierce Saber Pumper. Work includes repairing structural damage to the passenger rear cab, repairing or replacing the front and rear passenger cab steps, replacing the passenger-side front and rear fender flares, repairing or replacing the passenger rear compartment door and latch/handle assembly, and painting and color-matching all repaired or replaced areas, including replacing reflective striping as needed. The vehicle must be restored to factory Pierce specifications and safe operational status. The contractor must be an authorized Pierce Manufacturing repair facility or employ EVT-certified mechanics specializing in Pierce apparatus. The government will deliver the vehicle to the contractor's facility, and Beale Air Force Base personnel will perform final quality-control inspection and acceptance. This is a presolicitation/capability-statement notice for a planned single-source award, and responses must include proof of authorization in the form of a signed notice from a Pierce representative confirming licensed-provider status as of September 30, 2026.
