Description
The General Services Administration, on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking a small business to completely repair collision damage to a 2023 Dodge Durango Pursuit and return it to service. Work includes repairing the vehicle body, frame, lights, structural components, and necessary mechanical systems following a traffic accident. The vehicle must be inspected before a quote is submitted. Quotes must be itemized and include individual and total parts prices, labor times, applicable paint labor, all fees, estimated delivery timing after receipt of order, and any shipping or freight costs. Repairs must comply with industry standards and applicable EPA and OSHA requirements, and equipment and repair work must include manufacturer and standard warranties. The contractor must maintain appropriate insurance, hold required business licenses, and comply with applicable labor-wage requirements. The award is expected to be a firm-fixed-price service contract using a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation.
