Description
The City of Levelland is requesting proposals to repair hail damage on 57 city vehicles. The work includes vehicle assessment, paintless dent repair, body repairs, refinishing and color matching, windshield and other glass replacement or repair, replacement of damaged parts, corrosion protection, hazardous-waste handling, and pre- and post-repair diagnostic scans as applicable to each vehicle. Bidders must use the provided worksheet and damage appraisals to prepare a proposed cost for each vehicle and submit a total proposal amount for all vehicle repairs. The proposal form also requests the repair facility address, at least three customer references, an anticipated completion date, and warranty information. Award will be based on the total cost of repairing all vehicles.
