Description
The City of Albuquerque, on behalf of Albuquerque Community Safety, is seeking multiple qualified food truck vendors to provide prepared meals and combo-style food and beverage offerings at Season of Non-Violence community events, including movie drive-ins, pool parties, sports camps, and other community gatherings. Vendors must provide all personnel, equipment, generators, setup and takedown, food distribution, customer interaction, and cleanup. Food and beverages must be fresh, ready to eat, safely prepared, and suitable for community events; vendors must be able to provide up to 250 items or meal options per event and arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event start. The City anticipates using five to ten awarded vendors for each event on an as-needed basis and will request event-specific quotes based on contract pricing. Bidders must submit a simplified menu identifying individual items and combo options, dietary information, pricing, and applicable taxes or tax-inclusive pricing, along with the Food Truck Pricing Sheet. A valid City of Albuquerque Food Server's Permit must be submitted with the bid. The contract term is one year from award, with three one-year renewal options. The City will compensate vendors for approved meals served, but estimated quantities are not a purchase commitment.
