Texas A&M University-Kingsville is soliciting a fully outfitted, road-ready mobile concession trailer approximately 20 feet long for campus events. The scope includes design, manufacturing, delivery FOB Kingsville, staff training, and regulatory and licensing support. The trailer must include a compliant frame, dual axles, electric brakes, service window, NSF-approved interior surfaces, fire suppression, ADA-accessible service features, an integrated generator, shore power, propane and water systems, climate control, security features, and commercial food-service equipment including a fryer, griddle, charbroiler, hot plate, steam table, prep units, refrigerator, freezer, and sinks. The vendor must provide on-site orientation for Aramark and campus operations staff, digital and hard-copy manuals, schematics, parts lists, maintenance schedules, warranty documentation, and proof of registration and inspection. A comprehensive 24-month parts-and-labor warranty, service-center or 72-hour on-site service information, and five years of post-warranty parts availability are required. Respondents must submit a technical proposal, pricing, references, required execution and questionnaire forms, insurance documentation, a VetHUB subcontracting plan, a non-collusion affidavit, and any applicable addenda.
