Description
The County of San Diego Sheriff's Office Food Services Division is seeking as-needed purchases of double and single food delivery carts. The specified double cart is a Cambro Model 1826DBC-131 or equal, with a double food-storage cavity, polyethylene construction, foam insulation, molded-in handle, six-inch casters, 26 support rails, dark-brown color, and NSF certification. The specified single cart is a Cambro Model 1826LBC-131 or equal, with a removable cutting board, capacity for 18-by-26-inch food-storage boxes, dark-brown color, and NSF certification. Units must be lock-ready, but locks are not to be included. Carts must be shipped fully assembled and delivered in a box. The vendor must provide a 10-business-day delivery lead time after receipt of order, replace rejected products within 24 hours at no additional cost, and accept damaged or incorrect returns without restocking fees. Contractor personnel delivering to secured Sheriff's Office facilities are subject to background checks, facility security procedures, searches, and completion of the BK-01 Records Check Form. Offerors may quote one or both line items, and pricing is requested for the initial term and two option years. Or-equal products require supporting specifications, photographs, and function and quality details.
