Description
Pearland Independent School District is soliciting restaurants, catering providers, food-delivery providers, and mobile food-service vendors under an all-award, multiple-vendor arrangement. Vendors must submit pricing and a list of the goods or services they offer, along with all required bid documents and information. Award does not guarantee any business; it establishes eligibility for future district needs, and awards may be made incrementally during the solicitation's open period. The initial contract term is three years, with a stated expiration date of June 30, 2029. Submissions will be opened and evaluated monthly, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees. Questions about the scope must be submitted through the district's eBid system by the stated questions deadline.
