Description
The City of Monroe Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a vendor to provide food and beverage concession services at Skykomish River Park and Lake Tye Park. Proposers must demonstrate concession-operations knowledge, food-safety practices, experience working with municipalities and contract relationships, the ability to provide consistent revenue-positive service across multiple park sites, and financial stability. The anticipated contract term is one year, with an option to extend for up to two additional years. Proposals are due by email or drop-off by October 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific time. Optional presentations may occur October 19–22, 2026, followed by scope and contract negotiations and contract authorization.
