Description
The City of Gainesville is leasing one of two available food truck spaces at the Gainesville Texas Farmer's Market. The lease term is one year from bid acceptance, with a minimum proposed annual lease bid of $400. Vendors must provide proposed operating hours and comply with market rules, including waste disposal, off-premise storage, inspections, and applicable food-service requirements. At submission, bidders must provide the completed bid proposal form, proposed annual lease amount, operating hours, and proof of general liability insurance. Insurance of $1 million naming the City of Gainesville as an additional insured is required after bid acceptance and before contract execution. Successful bidders must also obtain the required food establishment permit, maintain food-handler certification, execute a commissary agreement, and provide a Texas sales tax permit.
