Description
The 5th Operations Support Squadron at Minot Air Force Base requires 66 new OTS-600 Dry Suits, Style 601GBR005B, manufactured by Aerostar International, Inc. The requirement includes specified quantities across extra-small, small, medium, large, and extra-large size configurations, including regular, tall, and extra-tall lengths. The acquisition is a 100% total small-business set-aside and will use firm-fixed-price line items. Quotes should use the attached price sheet or a similar format and include the company name, CAGE/UEI, point of contact, email address, discount terms, and estimated delivery time. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after award, FOB destination. Award will be based on best value, considering price, past performance, product quality, and conformance with the RFQ and attachments.
