Description
The contractor must furnish labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to install approximately 10,375 linear feet of perimeter fencing and 2,425 linear feet of interior fencing, including barbed wire, wooden and steel posts, bracing, livestock gates, wire gates, clearing, utility locating, cleanup, and restoration. The work also includes new electrical service and metering coordination, approximately 1,450 feet of buried electrical wiring, two 100-amp service panels, junction boxes, weatherproof 120-volt GFCI outlets, conduit, grounding, trenching, permits, and related components. The project further requires approximately 1,475 feet of underground 1-inch polyethylene water-supply pipe, valves, drainbacks, a 1-inch, 8-foot frost-free hydrant, a double-bowl Thermosink livestock water fountain, a curb-box shutoff, trenching, bedding, backfill, pressure testing, and site restoration. The contractor must coordinate with the applicable electric and water providers, comply with applicable codes and specifications, and complete the work within the stated performance period. Quotations must include a signed SF 1442, price proposal, and technical proposal containing a work plan, key personnel information, performance schedule, and past-performance information.
