Description
The City of Minot is seeking approximately 900 tons of plain de-icing salt, with 100% passing a No. 4 sieve. The salt must be delivered in approximately 25-ton truckload lots on demand, with a 25-ton minimum per delivery, to the City's Public Works Building. Pricing must include delivery and exclude sales and excise taxes. The quoted unit price and deliveries are to cover the period from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027. The City will award based on the lowest and best quote and may consider change orders for unit-cost increases caused by tariffs or fuel-price increases.
