Description
The City of Minot is soliciting bids for one new all-terrain, self-leveling slope mower for its Storm Sewer Department. The specified unit is a Harper Industries ATM72LC or approved equal and must be the manufacturer's newest model. Required features include a 72-inch rear-discharge mowing deck with hydraulic lift and automatic self-leveling to 34 degrees, liquid-cooled diesel power, hydrostatic transmission, all-terrain drive tires, certified ROPS, hydraulic-oil shutdown protection, and specified capacity, performance, dimensions, and weight requirements. Bidders must use the provided bid proposal form and complete the specification and bid worksheets. Any deviations must be identified in a separate deviation letter or sheet, and a brochure showing minimum specifications is required. The mower is to be delivered to the Minot Public Works Building within 180 days after award, with the delivery date stated in the bid. Pricing must exclude sales and excise taxes because the City is tax exempt.
